  Following snowfall in Scotland & the North, our depots in these areas are fully operational, however there's a chance that difficult road conditions in remote areas could affect some deliveries.  If you are expecting a delivery, we'll keep you informed if we are unable to reach you and will ensure delivery as soon as it is safe to do so.

  Don't forget to check your tank gauge

  With the winter weather now upon us, don't forget to regularly check your tank contents gauge. If you usually place an order, then you should order when your tank reads 40%. Top-up customers don't need to place an order but should let us know if they reach 20%.

  With Christmas now only four weeks away, ‘on-call’ customers should place their order as soon as possible to guarantee delivery before the festive period. Remember it can take up to 28 days for peak time deliveries. If your tank gauge reads on or around 40%, placing an order now will help to ensure you don’t run out.
