Flogas acquire Directgas

Directgas is one of the most recently acquired company’s to join the Flogas network. Owner Director, John Ranson and his team are happy and confident that the business they have spent many years building up will continue to thrive under the Flogas banner. “The timing of the sale and acquisition is perfect for all of us here at Directgas,” says John Ranson, adding, “We had a choice of committing significant investments to maintain and increase our business in future years, or selling the business to a larger organisation like Flogas who already have the infrastructure in place to move the business forward.
