If you’re a bulk LPG customer then rest assured we have the biggest LPG delivery network in the UK. This means we can provide you with a reliable LPG supply, however remote your home is. If you’re a cylinder customer, you can buy through our online shop and we’ll deliver your cylinder for free. Our advanced delivery notification service also means you’ll know when to expect your gas delivery, for full peace of mind. Alternatively, you can pick up your gas from one of our stockists and depots.
Our online account portal gives you the flexibility to make payments and monitor your usage wherever and whenever you please. However, if you’d rather speak to someone, our friendly customer service team are only a phone call away.
All our tanks have telemetry units, which let us keep track of your gas tank levels remotely. This means, when you’re running low, we can automatically arrange a delivery so you never run out. However, if you prefer to monitor your own tank levels that’s not a problem – you’re free to place your own orders as and when you please.
We know that energy prices are front of mind for customers, which is why we offer flexibility with our pricing tariffs. Our fixed price plans are perfect for those who want to budget monthly, whereas our variable tariff allows others to follow market conditions. Our customer service team can work with you to decide which option will suit you best.
Direct debit or pay as you go
Whether you want the security of knowing how much will leave your account every month, or would prefer to pay as you place your order, we can provide a payment structure that works for you.
E-billing or paper invoices
Paperless e-billing cuts down on waste and is cheaper for you. You can request e-billing either through your online account at my.flogas.co.uk or by contacting us. If you’d rather not receive your invoices electronically, that’s no problem – we’ll continue to post hardcopy invoices to you.
