Who are we?
Flogas is one of the largest distributors of off-grid energy in the UK. Powered by our growing team of over 1,350 people and backed by DCC Plc, we do energy right by hundreds of thousands of customers in homes and businesses across the country. At the forefront of the energy transition, we’re already helping off-grid customers convert from oil to lower emission, cleaner solutions. What’s more, our recent business acquisitions mean we’re also starting to combine renewable-ready gas combustion solutions with alternative technologies such as heat-pumps, solar power, and electric vehicle charging, to do energy right by the future.

“When one of our customers was expecting the arrival of thousands of pheasant chicks, he needed a big delivery of gas cylinders to help keep them warm – and he needed it fast. My team sprang into action, with our Yardhands filling 180 cylinders, and loading them up for our drivers for a delivery that was just in time to help warm up some chilly chicks”.
Safety First – Powered by Dan
“At Flogas, we’re one oft he largest suppliers of LPG in the country. So our Hallen gas storage plant is big. That’s why here in the mechanical maintenance team, we have quite a job to regularly isolate and remove all 66 relief valves, transport them by bike to the other side of the plant for safety testing, bike them back, refit them, and then leak test all 66 of them. But it’s safety first at Flogas, and each valve needs to be routinely checked so we know it will function properly in an emergency.”
