Our Sales Departments
Customer Experience Centre
You only get one chance at a first impression and our Customer Services team, based in our customer experience centre in Leicester make sure that it’s a great one, time and time again. Our busy customer experience centre is full of advisors who are confident, energetic and committed to providing an excellent experience to our customers. They are the first port of call for any customer queries and endeavour to take care of all our customers’ needs.
So, if you’re good at first impressions, we can definitely provide the opportunity for you to grow! Our Customer Experience Centre has a wide range of roles from advisors to managers and complaints handlers to trainers.
Desk Based Sales
Our desk-based sales team located in our busy head office cover both business to business and business to consumer lead generation whilst supporting our field-based sales team. They work through intelligently sourced sales campaigns and offer unique solutions to both the commercial and consumer markets. Highly driven and successful, many of our desk-based sales team progress onto more advanced field-based roles. Their working environment is fun and friendly, but with a clear vision of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
Not only do we have desk-based sales teams, but we also have a vibrant group of field-based sales team members. Our regional and national sales force spend most of their time talking to our customers and prospective customers around the country about their energy needs and potential solutions. Working with them directly, they look after their own portfolio of customers and ensure they have a consistent contact within the organisation.
Our marketing team are there to gain insight in data and competitive knowledge to identify what we do well, where we can improve and what gaps there might be in the marketplace. They build on our brand proposition so that our customers always feel connected to Flogas. They also importantly partner with the sales teams to enable them to work with our customers in the most professional way possible and build our online presences.
