Our sales and customer experience teams are a driving force, helping Flogas do energy right by hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses across the UK. They get to know each customer’s energy needs inside out and provide them with the perfect solution every time.

We’re a business that’s growing – with a market share that’s increased from 10% to 30% over our 40-year history, through both organic growth and acquisitions. We’re diversifying, too, to provide a range of new energy solutions to our off-grid customers, from renewable gases and biofuels, to heat pumps and solar panels. All of which means it’s an exciting time to join us.

In our thriving Customer Experience Centre in Leicester, you’ll help do energy right by all our customers, whether you’re helping set up a new account in double quick time for a mother with a newborn, delivering innovative energy solutions for a national chain of retail stores, or managing a busy team. There’s plenty of room for your career to grow, with roles from advisors to managers, complaints handlers to trainers.

The New Energies team collaborates with Flogas group companies and the broader DCC Plc Energy Division to explore and deliver on opportunities in new and renewable energies within the Commercial and Consumer markets. Our focus is on developing customer-centric solutions that align with their decarbonisation goals while ensuring ongoing energy supply. Our vibrant regional and national field sales force spend most of their time talking to customers and prospective customers around the country about their energy needs and potential solutions. You’ll look after their own portfolio of customers, so every business you work with has the same consistent, expert point of contact always.

They allow us to understand exactly what our customers want now and predict their needs for the future, so we can exceed their expectations. Each customer’s need is different – from a homeowner living off grid to a high-energy use business that requires blended solutions. By understanding those needs, we’re able to personalise their experience and deliver marketing-led leads that support sales generation and growth.
