Can I switch if my current supplier has a contract in place?
You can only switch suppliers when you are within 30 days from your current contract end date – or if your contract has expired. If you get in touch before that, your supplier is likely to reject the switch to us.
Will my tank need to be changed?
No – in most cases, your tank will remain. We process the paperwork to change ownership from your current supplier to us and you continue as normal.
How quickly can the switch happen?
The process can take up to 28 days for all paperwork to be sorted. In many cases it is less time than this, but if you’re low on gas in your tank we suggest you get topped up by your exsiting supplier before you switch.
Can I manage my account online?
Yes – with your Flogas My Account, you can check your deliveries and usage*, make payments, view statements and manage your account.
