How the change works
In short: very little will change day to day. You can continue using bottled gas in exactly the same way. We’ve worked together to make sure the important things stay just as they are:
- Your prices will remain the same
- Your contract will remain the same
- If you use gas bottles for your business:
- Your credit terms won’t change
- Your cylinder balances will be carried over
What happens next?
You’ll be contacted with details explaining how to order and We’ll be sorry to see you go but we’re here to make the process of closing your account with us as easy as possible. And if you’re moving to somewhere new that’s off-grid and need to re-connect, we will be here to answer any questions you may have and welcome you back to the family of Flo.
