Our culture is powered by a talented team of people who believe in honesty, teamwork, and doing a great job every day.

Safety. Integrity. Partnership. Excellence. We Live our Values Everyday. So much so, that we named our internal awards the LoVE awards. 

For us, safety comes first. If it’s not safe, it’s not done. Simple. Everyone knows that at any time, they can ‘stop the job’, speak up, and address any potential hazard or risk. We all get the very best training on processes and procedures to keep ourselves and each other safe. We make sure we act on them – and work to improve them wherever we can, so we can all do energy right by each other.

Our business is built on trust and respect. We act with integrity. Which means owning our mistakes, delivering to the highest standards and following our procedures (we developed them together and they’re there for good reason). We do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’ll do it, and have the courage to speak out for – and do – what’s right.

We are stronger together. Which means we listen to, and partner with, each other, and our customers. Feedback is always welcome whoever it comes from – and we act quickly to deliver change from that feedback. We’re a team, that agrees, together on our goals – and then go out together to make them happen.

We take responsibility for our own performance, and we overcome any obstacles to achieving our goals with resilience and good humour. So in May 2024, we were excited to announce a new partnership with Leicester Tigers Women’s Rugby Team.  Our goal is to foster a supportive and inclusive culture where colleagues feel empowered. We recognise many shared values with the Tigers and eagerly anticipate being part of the success story in powering Women’s Rugby.

We’re proud to say that in 2024, we became an official support partner of Rainbows.  They’re a charity that cares for hundreds of families every year who have a baby, child or young person with a serious or terminal illness that means that their lives will be shorter than most.  Fundraising makes up 82% of their funding, so we wanted to lend a hand to help support their vital work. Many of us contribute to fundraising through our infamous Christmas raffle and various volunteering activities throughout the year.

We believe in giving back to our community and making a positive impact. With our Volunteering Days, you’ll have the chance to take paid time off to volunteer for causes you care about.
