Training

We aim to support all our colleagues with their training and professional development. In addition to the technical training required for our roles, we offer in house training as well as external specialist training courses with professional bodies that our people need to perform effectively and safely in their roles.

Pension & Life Assurance

Planning for your future? So are we. We’ll automatically enrol you onto our pension scheme after you have completed your probation.

We also provide life assurance to all of our colleagues across the business from day 1, equivalent to four times your annual salary.

Holidays

Whilst holiday allowances vary across roles, we offer a generous 25 days paid holiday entitlement for full time colleagues and pro rata for part time employees with the option to purchase up to five extra days leave every year.

Family Friendly

As well as Statutory maternity leave and pay, we offer additional maternity pay, meaning that after working for us for one year, additional maternity pay is paid for the first 26 weeks of your maternity leave and tops up any statutory maternity pay or maternity allowance that you receive, up to your normal earnings.

We also offer statutory paternity leave and pay, where you can take one or two consecutive weeks in the immediate 56 days following the birth or adoption of your child. If you’d like to take more time off work after your two weeks’ you can request to take holiday or parental leave.
