We’ll build on 40 years of growth, as we invest in new infrastructure, new products, new services – and in your future.

We’re driven by a consistent commitment to connect our customers to the energy they need, when and where they need it, now and for the future. That means everything from being winter ready, preparing for seasonal challenges, and playing a positive role in customers’ energy transitions. Together, we combine our diverse skills and knowledge to get things right for our customers and by each other too. As a team of hard-working experts, together, we do energy right.

Everyone has a voice at Flogas. We believe an environment that encourages honest and transparent dialogue builds a company you can believe in – and will want to be a part of. We’re all included in the conversation, and creating a culture where we all feel empowered is what we’re all about. This is a place where you can be you. We encourage you to develop your skills and offer you plenty of support from a manager and team who will always treat you with dignity and respect. We believe in nurturing career ambitions and rewarding, recognising and developing talent. We embrace flexibility and are committed to making your health and wellbeing our priority. Safety is a value at the heart of Flogas – if it’s not safe, it’s not done. Simple. At Flogas, you’ll feel like you matter every day, because you do. It’s more than just doing energy right; it’s doing things right by you.

We may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re investing heavily in new infrastructure & innovations to help build a more sustainable future, which means lots of exciting initiatives for you to get involved in. We’re already supporting our customers on this journey, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases, so we can do energy right for the future.
