    Market volatility charge

    When you buy gas from us in a cylinder, an automatic ‘market volatility charge’ will be added to your basket. This is applied once per cylinder and the charge may move up or down over time due to ongoing changes in the global energy market.

    Cylinder charges explained

    When you buy gas from us in a cylinder, you’ll be asked to pay a ‘cylinder charge’ for each cylinder. This is because it will remain our property and it is being provided to you only for the purposes of using the gas supplied. When the cylinder is empty, you can simply exchange it for a pre-filled cylinder or return the empty cylinder to us.

    You can return your gas cylinder for any cylinder within the same category. Please note if you are returning a cylinder belonging to a different category, a charge will be applied. You can take a look at our categories and charges here.

    Small cylinder category:

    Propane: 11kg, 6kg, 4.7kg, 3,9kg

    Butane: 7kg, 4.5kg

    Leisure Gas category:

    11kg, 9kg and 6kg

    Gaslight category:

    10kg and 5kg

    Large cylinder category:

    47kg, 19kg, 18kg FLT, 11kg FLT

    13kg butane and large cylinders are like for like only.

    Cylinder charges:

    Small cylinder category and Leisure Gas category: £38.50

    Gaslight category: £49.96

    13kg Butane: £38.50

    The “Black Cat” is a simple yet effective heater, with flameless catalytic technology, this modern heater will keep your home or office warm all year round. It has variable heat settings, automatic ignition within the controls, cylinder back support & castors for enhanced mobility. The ODS (oxygen depletion system) safety valve and flame failure device are security features that ensure the gas supply is cut off if oxygen levels are too low or if the cabinet should fall over.

    This special package price includes a 13kg gas bottle and a hose with 21mm regulator.
