General Transition FAQs
Do I need to do anything to move from AvantiGas to Flogas?
No. Your account and supply have already transferred automatically to Flogas.
Will there be any break in my gas supply?
No. You’ll continue to receive the same gas bottles and safe, reliable deliveries as before.
Do I need a new contract?
No. Your existing supply arrangements are continuing under Flogas.
Will my prices change?
Your prices will remain the same, in line with your contract terms. If anything changes in future, we’ll always be transparent and let you know in advance.
Ordering & Delivery FAQs
How do I order my gas bottles now?
You can order directly from Flogas — online, by phone, or through your Flogas point of contact which may be an account manager or depot.
What happens to my existing cylinder balances?
All balances have been carried over to Flogas. Nothing is lost.
Will my deliveries come from the same driver/depot?
Your local Flogas depot will now complete your deliveries. Our friendly team look forward to meeting you and completing your next delivery — your service won’t be affected.
If you use gas bottles for your home
Can I still use my existing AvantiGas gas bottles?
Yes. You can continue using your current gas bottles until they run out. When you place your first order, they will be swapped for Flogas ones which will be fully compatible with your existing regulators, fittings etc.
Can I swap an AvantiGas gas bottle for a Flogas one?
Yes. Simply return your AvantiGas bottle at your next delivery or collection and you’ll receive a Flogas bottle in return.
Do I need to change my equipment or fittings?
No. Your regulators, appliances, and fittings remain fully compatible.
If you use gas bottles for your business
Will my credit terms stay the same?
Yes, your existing credit terms have been transferred to Flogas.
Do I need to re-set up direct debit or payment details?
You don’t need to do anything immediately. Our teams will be in touch to set up a new Direct Debit for your Flogas orders.
Will Flogas cylinders be the same size as AvantiGas’?
Yes. The range of sizes and types remain consistent, so you can order the same products you’re used to. There are some colour differences but we’ll provide guidance on this if needed.
Does Flogas offer bulk supply if my needs grow?
Yes. We can support you if you want to move from cylinder supply to a bulk LPG tank in future.
If you’re a dealer or network partner
Will I still be able to return Avantigas cylinders?
Yes. You can return AvantiGas-branded cylinders to Flogas depots and dealers, and they’ll be credited back.
How do I get Flogas stock for my customers?
You’ll now order directly through Flogas. We’ll provide you with details of your local depot and ordering process within the first week of the transition as well as account manager details where appropriate.
Do I need to sign a new dealer agreement?
If you’re already an AvantiGas dealer in contract, your contract will continue with Flogas. This includes terms, prices and cylinder balances.

Who do I contact if I have a query?
We will be in touch within the first week of the transition (from 6th October 2025) outlining your contacts and any further details. Until then, you can contact our Customer Excellence Centre via phone, email or live chat.
What if I need urgent support (e.g. gas emergency)?
Call the National Gas Emergency number 0800 111 999 immediately. For delivery or account issues, contact Flogas directly.
