We’ve tried to make our recruitment process as simple as possible. We’re an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from everyone. All our vacancies are advertised online so you can search and apply easily with a click of a button. 

After you’ve applied, our dedicated recruitment team will be on hand throughout the process to answer any questions you may have and keep you up to date with the status of your application.

If you have been selected for interview, nice work! They’ll guide you through the process, making sure you have everything you need to prepare. If you require any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please let one of our recruiters know so we can advise. 

Our interview process is designed for us to get to know you whilst looking at the knowledge and experience you can bring to the role. Just be yourself. We want to meet the real you, and we really want you to do well!

Interview Tips

Here you’ll find some helpful interview preparation tips to ease those interview nerves.

Review

Take a look back at your career history. What are your highlights? What have you learned? And how has that helped you move forward? Make sure you can talk confidently about your experience and your achievements when we ask.

Research

Research what’s involved in the position you’ve applied for. Look at the skills we’re looking for and think of specific examples from your background. Be prepared to share these with us so we can see what a good match you are.

Prepare

Prepare some questions to ask us during your interview. Get the answers you need from us to know that the role is right for you and that Flogas is the right place for your future.  

We’ll ask you to bring your passport or birth certificate and national insurance details as proof of your right to work in the UK. Please bring this on the day of your interview and the interviewer will take a photocopy of your documentation.

Expect

Know what to expect. Typically, all our interviews are competency based. This means we’ll ask you to talk about a specific scenario that you have experienced so that we can understand whether you have the skills we are looking for. Make sure you tell us what the situation was, what action you took and what the end result was.
