Research what’s involved in the position you’ve applied for. Look at the skills we’re looking for and think of specific examples from your background. Be prepared to share these with us so we can see what a good match you are.

Learn as much as you can about us, we want to know you’re passionate about what we do and are keen to be a part of it. You can find more information about us on our corporate site

Prepare some questions to ask us during your interview. Get the answers you need from us to know that the role is right for you and that Flogas is the right place for your future.

We’ll ask you to bring your passport or birth certificate and national insurance details as proof of your right to work in the UK. Please bring this on the day of your interview and the interviewer will take a photocopy of your documentation.

Know what to expect. Typically, all our interviews are competency based. This means we’ll ask you to talk about a specific scenario that you have experienced so that we can understand whether you have the skills we are looking for. Make sure you tell us what the situation was, what action you took and what the end result was.
