Flogas is powered by people. Our Head office teams provide the technology, equipment, support and guidance all 1,350 of them need to thrive in their jobs – and do energy right by hundreds of thousands of customers across the UK.

Our Finance, Marketing, HR and IT teams work hybrid patterns and are based out of our head office in Leicester whilst our health, safety, environment and quality team work nationally supporting our colleagues to work safely at all times.   

Flogas, with a workforce of approximately 1,350 people, is on an upward trajectory as we embrace the challenge of driving the energy transition. Our dedicated HR team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we uphold our commitment to every colleague by crafting and implements policies that align with our organisational values and legal requirements.  People-friendly guidelines are designed to create a positive work environment, fostering collaboration and well-being.  We invest in our colleagues’ growth through robust learning and development programs.  Whether it’s skill-building workshops, leadership training, or career development pathways, we empower our colleagues to thrive. 

At Flogas, our people are the driving force behind our success. Our in-house IT team is very much driven by the business needs of a nationwide energy supplier. We’re committed to delivering IT services that are compliant, enable our business strategy, and make life easier for our hundreds and thousands of customers.

Our dedicated help desk ensures that our colleagues can use the systems and equipment they need to do their job well. Our IT projects department work on a variety of assignments to align with the business strategy and develop the capabilities of the organisation. We can offer a wide variety of roles such as Support Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Managers and System Administrators.


Our Finance team play a crucial role in the success of the business by managing its financial health and ensuring sustainable growth. We handle a wide range of responsibilities including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Our team is dedicated to providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making processes that drive our company’s objectives.

You can grow your career in a variety of roles such as business partnering, financial accounting and analysis, transactional finance and credit control, as well as more senior management roles.

Our HSEQ team support our business to continually improve how our health & safety, quality, security and environmental risks are managed for the benefit of colleagues, customers and local communities.  We aim to exceed industry norms by providing practical support, policies and relevant engagement programmes.

Our national team include specialisms in occupational safety, health & wellbeing, process & COMAH safety, environmental management and quality management.
