A supportive team of professionals

Our support teams work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly, helping our colleagues excel in their roles, providing the equipment, support and guidance they need to do a great job, every day.  

We have four teams within our support functions. Our finance, HR and IT teams are based out of our head office in Leicester whilst our health, safety, environment and quality team work nationally supporting our colleagues to work safely at all times.   

With a variety of roles within each function, we’re sure to have something for everyone!

At Flogas we have a workforce of c1200 people. Our 10 strong HR team are there to support our colleagues on a range of matters. Our friendly HR team are devoted to providing the business with effective policies, people friendly guidelines and learning and development offerings to ensure a great colleague experience. They are here to look after those who will ensure the current and future success of Flogas.  

Within our HR team we have a variety of roles such as administrators, advisors and business partners as well as roles within internal communications and learning and development.



Our in-house IT team is very much driven by the business needs. We are committed to delivering IT services that compliment and enable our business strategy but also make our customers lives easier. 

Our dedicated help desk ensure that our colleagues can use the systems and equipment they need to do their job well. Our IT projects department work on a variety of assignments to align with the business strategy and develop the capabilities of the organisation, constantly driving our business forward.    

Within our IT team we have a variety of roles such as Support Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Managers and System administrators.



Our finance team play a key role in looking after the numbers to ensure our long-term financial sustainability. It’s not just about the numbers though, they manage, report on and safeguard our assets to ensure we operate with the correct financial controls.  

Our finance department is made up of 5 teams, transactional services, financial accounts, commercial, operations & investments and business controls. What happens within our finance teams touches the lives of all our colleagues and customers.  

It’s a fast-paced and varied department who enjoy a high level of interaction with the wider business and good commercial exposure.  We have an opportunity for every finance professional to learn, grow and develop in a variety of roles such as credit control, finance analysis and more senior management roles. Flogas is a great place to develop your financial career!


Health & Safety

Our HSEQ team support our business to continually improve how our health & safety, quality, security and environmental risks are managed within the business, for the benefit of colleagues, customers and local communities.  We aim to exceed industry norms and will achieve this through providing practical support, policies and relevant engagement programmes for health and safety matters. 

Our 12 strong team located nationally include a range of specialisms including occupational safety, health & wellbeing, process & COMAH safety, environmental management and quality management.  

We have diverse backgrounds and team roles for you to develop your career within health and safety including; advisors, quality, engineering and process safety specialists as well as management systems & performance reporting specialists.
