    Terms and conditions

    The Fuel Your Flavours campaign includes two competition entry routes:

    1. Fuel Your Flavours recipe entry
    2. Father’s Day social media entry

    By entering either element of the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    Eligibility

    Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Flogas Britain Limited, OMC Barbecues Ltd (Broil King), their agencies, suppliers, immediate family or anyone professionally connected with the campaign are not eligible to enter. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

    Entry period

    The Fuel Your Flavours recipe entry closes at 11:59pm UK time on 1 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

    The Father’s Day social media entry opens on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on 30 June 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

    How to enter

    1. Fuel Your Flavours recipe entry

    To enter the Fuel Your Flavours recipe element, entrants must submit a recipe in line with the instructions set out in the relevant campaign materials.

    Valid recipe entries received before 11:59pm UK time on 1 August 2026 will be entered into the prize draw.

    2. Father’s Day social media entry

    To enter the Father’s Day element, entrants must complete the entry steps set out in the relevant Father’s Day social media post during the Father’s Day entry period, from the 1st of June to the 30th of June 2026.

    Unless stated otherwise in the post, entrants must:

    (a) follow the official Broil King UK account on Instagram &/or Facebook;

    (b) like the relevant Father’s Day giveaway post

    (c) comment on the relevant Father’s Day competition post by tagging the person they would like to nominate.

    Entrants may also enter themselves, provided they follow the entry instructions in the post. The person submitting the comment will be treated as the entrant.

    Entry limits

    One entry per person. Entries made using multiple accounts, automated methods, bulk entries, or third parties may be disqualified. Flogas reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, inappropriate or non-compliant entries.

    Prizes

    There will be four winners in total:

    • 1 winner will receive 1 x Broil King Royal Shadow 320 BBQ and a Flogas leisure 11kg bottle (The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is only available for delivery within the UK mainland and does not include delivery to residents of the Isle of Man, Lundy, Anglesey, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Western Isles, Orkneys, Shetlands or Northern Ireland).
    • 2 runner-up winners of Flogas gas tokens, redeemable against an eligible Flogas small gas bottle, such as leisure gas or butane, subject to availability and delivery coverage. Winners are responsible for ensuring they have the correct appliance, regulator and connection equipment for the gas bottle supplied.
    • 1 winner of a BBQ cooking set

    Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Flogas reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

    Delivery restrictions

    Prize delivery is subject to availability and delivery coverage. The Royal™ Shadow 320 BBQ is available for delivery within UK mainland only and excludes delivery to residents of the Isle of Man, Lundy, Anglesey, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Western Isles, Orkneys, Shetlands, and Northern Ireland.

    If a prize cannot be delivered to a winner’s address, Flogas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    Winner selection

    Winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the relevant closing dates. The draw will take place after the competition closes. The Promoter’s decision is final.

    Winner notification

    Winners will be contacted by email, or direct message, depending on how they entered. Winners must respond within 14 days. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Flogas may select another winner. Flogas accepts no responsibility if a winner does not receive or respond to a notification due to privacy settings, spam filters, incorrect contact details, account restrictions, or any other reason outside Flogas’ control.

    Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

    All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

    By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

    (a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

    (b) waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

    You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.]

    Data protection and publicity

    The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.flogas.co.uk/privacy-policy

    In addition, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

    Social media

    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote the campaign. By entering, you agree that Instagram, Facebook and Meta have no liability to you in connection with this giveaway.

    General

    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

    The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

    Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flogas Britain Limited, Broil King and their agents, suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting or using a prize, except where caused by their negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
