    Easy to negotiate a good renewal deal.
    Had a contract renewal notice which put up the cost/litre by more than 10% despite being a customer for more than 19 years. Helen accepted that it did seem rather harsh and immediate offered a better deal which I could arrange over the phone. Very quick and efficient.
