How do I authorise my partner on the account ?

To help protect you and your account, and comply with GDPR regulations, we have to be very careful on who we speak to about important information on your account, including placing orders. We know that our customers may prefer for either partners or other family members to be able to also deal with managing their account, so it's easy to do.

Please send us written confirmation via My Account, a letter to our head office or email customer.enquiries@flogas.co.uk confirming your details, your account number, your address and the full name of who you are authorising to be named on the account.
