The account holder has passed away, what do I need to do?

We know that this will be both a sad and stressful time for you, so we aim to make everything as easy for you as we can. Please just give us a call on 0800 574 574 or email our Consumer admin team on [email protected] with as many details as you currently know – who is taking over the account or property, will it be left vacant for a time? We’ll then contact you with the next steps.
